FOR NEW ENTRANTS:

Many of our Steward and Stewardess students are mature-aged or may have already been involved in hospitality (fine-dining, housekeeping etc.) or related customer-service industries (eg. nursing, massage, hairdressing, beauty therapy, childcare, etc.) and require an intensive short-course that will equip them for a career-change to work on Superyachts.

The 6-day Interior Crew courses provide a comprehensive overview of the professional yachting industry with lots of hands on” training, enabling you to enter the industry; having gained the confidence and prerequisite knowledge and skills to be able to perform in a Steward or Stewardess role.

Experienced crew can customise their training according to their needs: Stewards and Stewardesses who wish to up-skill to progress their careers can do courses from 1 to 4 days duration. Training can be delivered onboard your yacht, or at our training facilities.

Senior crew who wish to take the next step up in their career to become a Chief (Head of Department) and a more effective team leader, can also avail themselves of one-on-one customised senior training or participate in a group workshop. Training can be delivered onboard your yacht, at our training facility or can even be achieved via “Distance Education”. Click here to peruse the self-study modules available.

STCW95 and marine courses are conveniently located close to the city: Ultimo – near Central Station, Manly, Mosman and Rozelle. Interior Crew courses are held at Rozelle and Castlecrag (next to Willoughby) which is only 20 minutes (by bus) from the city of Sydney. Free Parking is available all day. Full details for your training venue and transportation options as well as suggestions for travel and accommodation will be provided to you prior to commencement of your training.
