I give permission to Australian Superyacht Crew Recruitment (ASCR) to attempt to assist me in obtaining a job aboard an international superyacht or other suitable position.

In order for ASCR to perform its duties, I freely provide my Curriculum Vitae, Resume, References, copies of Qualifications and other supporting information to assist ASCR to undertake the above.

I confirm that all the information contained within the documentation and information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that by providing false information in order to gain employment by deception may be a criminal offence to attempt and that any misrepresentation, omission of material fact or deception may be cause for immediate cancellation of consideration for employment, or may lead to dismissal if already employed.

I understand and acknowledge that by registering with ASCR is not a guarantee of future employment.

I confirm that ASCR has my permission to contact the referees I have provided in my supporting documentation and information and for ASCR to conduct reference checks on my previous work history.

I acknowledge that the information and documents that I submit will be visible and searchable by ASCR 's staff and clients, in doing so I understand that I will receive calls and emails directly from ASCR 's staff and clients.

I understand that ASCR is not responsible for their client’s actions after initial contact has been made.
